By accessing or using SpicyCam ("the Service"), operated by Wayfinity Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Service. By using SpicyCam, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

All characters, personas, images, videos, and interactions on SpicyCam are entirely AI-generated and fictional. No real human performers are depicted, recorded, or involved in the creation of content. SpicyCam does not host or distribute real-person adult content.

As all content is synthetically generated, the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements do not apply to this Service.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

SpicyCam offers subscription plans billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Charges will appear as "SC.AI ENT" on your statement
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute AI-generated content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent age verification or payment systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Harass, abuse, or submit harmful prompts targeting real individuals

All AI-generated content, software, trademarks, and materials on SpicyCam are owned by or licensed to SpicyCam.ai and its owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

We employ automated and manual content moderation to ensure compliance with our Content Moderation Policy. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate our policies without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpicyCam.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpicyCam.ai is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
