Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SpicyCam subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Access to premium features continues until the billing period expires
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- Account Settings— Navigate to your account and select "Manage Subscription" → "Cancel"
- Email — Send a cancellation request to support@spicycam.ai with your account email
- Contact Form — Use our Contact page
Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- First-time subscribers — If you are dissatisfied within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund
- Billing errors — If you were charged incorrectly, including duplicate charges or charges after cancellation
- Service unavailability — If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (72+ consecutive hours) during your billing period
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the 48-hour window for first-time subscribers
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial billing periods after cancellation
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@spicycam.ai with:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge in question
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
7. Billing Descriptor
Charges from SpicyCam will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "Paytrio*Wayinfity". If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank.
