Content Moderation Policy

SpicyCam is an AI-powered entertainment platform. All characters, images, videos, and interactions are 100% AI-generated. No real human performers are involved in content creation. This policy outlines how we ensure content safety, compliance, and ethical standards.

All video content, character visuals, and animations on SpicyCam are pre-generated by our team using AI tools and reviewed before publication. Users do not generate, upload, or create any visual content.

Users interact with the platform in two ways:

• Text chat — Users send text messages to AI characters and receive AI-generated text responses
• Action buttons — Users click pre-defined action buttons that trigger pre-generated video clips

No user input ever results in the generation of new images or videos. All visual content is curated and approved by our team before it appears on the platform.

Since all visual content is pre-generated internally by our team, there is no user-generated content to screen. Our internal content creation process ensures:

• All AI characters are designed to clearly represent adults only
• Generated content is manually reviewed and approved by our team before publication
• Published content is regularly audited for compliance with this policy

The following content is strictly prohibited and will never be generated or permitted on SpicyCam:

• Minors / child exploitation — Any depiction of, or content sexualizing, individuals who appear to be under 18. All AI characters are designed and verified to represent adults only.
• Non-consensual content — Any depiction of sexual violence, coercion, or non-consensual scenarios
• Real person deepfakes — Content designed to impersonate or depict real individuals without authorization
• Extreme violence or gore — Graphic depictions of violence, torture, or bodily harm
• Hate speech & discrimination — Content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Bestiality / zoophilia — Any sexual content involving animals
• Illegal activities — Content promoting or depicting illegal acts including drug manufacturing, human trafficking, or terrorism

Users interact with AI characters exclusively through text chat and pre-defined action buttons. User text inputs are moderated as follows:

• Real-time keyword and pattern filtering on all user messages
• AI-based intent classification to detect policy-violating prompts
• Rate limiting to prevent automated abuse or spam
• AI character responses are constrained by system-level safety instructions that prevent generation of prohibited text content
• Escalation to human moderators for edge cases

If you encounter content that you believe violates this policy:

• Use the in-app report feature to flag content immediately
• Email support@spicycam.ai with details of the violation

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We take the following enforcement actions:

• First violation — Warning and content removal
• Repeated violations — Temporary account suspension
• Severe violations — Immediate permanent ban and report to relevant authorities where required by law

Access to SpicyCam requires age verification. We employ:

• Age gate on initial access requiring users to confirm they are 18+
• Payment verification as an additional age signal
• Cooperation with industry-standard age verification solutions

All visual content on SpicyCam is generated entirely by artificial intelligence. No actual human beings were photographed, filmed, or otherwise depicted in the creation of any content on this platform. As such, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the regulations promulgated thereunder are not applicable to this Service.
